Welcome to the NCAA Choices in Sports section on Sports Nutrition: Dietary Supplements. You've probably heard that old adage: "You are what you eat!" and it's true that your body constructs itself from what you consume, but do you believe all the claims you've heard about how some substances will help create physical changes that sound too good to be true? There's a world of factual and misleading information out there on nutrition and dietary suppliments.
