Specimen Collections  

Specimen collections are an important element of any anti-doping program. In addition to collecting urine and blood samples in accordance to the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI), DFSI offers customized testing programs for each client. DFSI proudly administers urine, blood and oral fluid specimen collections for both single-athlete tests as well as large group testing for teams or sporting events. 

Our network of Doping Control Officers (DCO) is the best in the industry and go through a robust vetting and training process prior to being able to conduct clients’ onsite collection needs.  

 

 

Laboratory Analysis  

DFSI  partners with various certified laboratories throughout the country that provide our clients with the highest-quality urine, blood and oral fluid analysis, using the most sophisticated science and technology available for the detection of performance enhancing drugs (PED) and substances of abuse (SOA). DFSI’s PED analysis only takes place at laboratories accredited by WADA and SOA analysis are performed at laboratories certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Our laboratory partners can analyze samples at detection levels much lower than the standard for workplace and insurance testing, helping our clients maintain truly drug-free environments.
