Position Focus: The Quality Assurance Program Manager is a key contributor to Drug Free Sport International/International Doping Tests & Management (DFSI-IDTM) demonstrated through the auditing and evaluation of anti-doping collection operations and administration. Contributions include supporting the ISO: 9001:2015 certification process and other procedures that monitor, measure and evaluate operational, employee and independent contractor methods; and up to 80 percent travel to audit and evaluate anti-doping procedures.
Summary of Qualifications: To successfully perform this role, the individual must be analytical, an effective communicator, organized, detail-oriented and self-directed. The Quality Assurance Program Manager will uphold the company vision, possess strong integrity, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, teamwork and energy. Essential requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, quality control/assurance or related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel including weekends and upon short notice, up to 80 percent.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other similar software programs.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Pass a pre-employment screening including background check, drug test, transcript verification, and confidentiality agreement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to DFSI-IDTM clients, and maintain strong, positive working relationships and communication with DFSI-IDTM employees, independent contractors, consultants and other professional organizations.
- Understand and apply quality principles to daily responsibilities; collaborate with others on quality objectives; and address nonconformities as appropriate through the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist with the management of the industry leading DFSI Quality Management System.
- Solicit and manage nonconformities; assist with investigating issues and addressing concerns.
- Assess and maintain client evaluation entries.
- Plan, prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Record and report findings from audits and evaluations.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
