When a participant files a written grievance, the Director of Education Services will evaluate the nature of the complaint. Should the received communication be regarded as credible and in need of action, the Director of Education Services will instruct staff to make necessary changes. The participant submitting the grievance will receive an oral or written response from the Director of Education Services, or other designated staff, within 5 working days.
