Cancellation and Refund Policy
Drug Free Sport International will offer a full refund of home study fees if a written notice with valid reason of cancellation is received prior to the viewing of any course content. Cancellation and refund requests received after the the coursework has been viewed will be handled on a case by case basis. Full refunds cannot be guaranteed. Drug Free Sport reserves the right to cancel any program.
Grievance Policy & Procedure
Drug Free Sport International makes every attempt to uphold the BOC Approved Provider Guidelines and Code of Ethics and strives to assure the fair treatment of all participants. We recognize that aside from our efforts, there may be grievances that require intervention. Grievances received in response to any of Drug Free Sport International’s education programs are handled in the following manner:
When a participant files a written grievance, the Senior Education Program Manager will evaluate the nature of the complaint. Should the received communication be regarded as credible and in need of action, the Senior Director of Education will instruct staff to make necessary changes. The participant submitting the grievance will receive an oral or written response from the Senior Education Program Manager, or other designated staff, within five working days.
