Andrayana Estes, MA, SHRM-CP, CMP

For more than 17 years, Andrayana has been an integral part of Drug Free Sport International and IDTM (DFSI-IDTM). A seasoned Human Resources Professional with a passion for connecting people and processes, she manages a full range of human resource programs, services and functions including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, performance management, training and development, workers compensation, benefits, and safety. During her undergrad, she experienced many sports up-close as a member of the University of Nebraska Cornhusker Drumline. Prior to DFSI-IDTM, Andrayana worked for the NCAA National Office, supporting the Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sport Committee and the NCAA First Team (a national basketball mentoring program for elite high school basketball prospects), and was a panelist for an NCAA Hall of Champions “Drumline” exhibit. A Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Andrayana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
