Andrayana Estes, MA, SHRM-CP, CMP
Office Manager/Human Resources Generalist
For more than 14 years, Andrayana has been an integral part of Drug Free Sport International (DFSI). In her position as Office Manager/Human Resources Generalist, she ensures that each part of the business is in sync in order to best achieve our goals of ensuring fair and safe sport. A Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional and Certified Meeting Professional, Andrayana graduated from Friends University with a bachelor’s in business administration and earned a master’s in Human Resources Management from Webster University. During her undergrad, she experienced many sports up-close as a member the University of Nebraska Cornhusker Marching Band and was also a panelist for an NCAA Hall of Champions “Drumline” exhibit. Prior to DFSI, Andrayana worked for the NCAA’s national office, implementing her event management expertise by supporting the Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sport Committee and the NCAA First Team (a national basketball mentoring program for elite high school basketball prospects). Her experience as a high school athlete in swimming and water polo, along with her passion for helping staff and stakeholders, makes her work at DFSI beneficial to colleagues and partners alike.
