This 15-minute education video takes viewers through the current evidence and status of CBD and CBD-based products in sport. Covering the impacts of legalization, absorption, dosing, and effects on the body, this video provides a strong foundation for evidence-based discussion on CBD/hemp use. The video is accompanied by a pre- and post-quiz for viewers, as well as a facilitator’s guide to enhance discussion and learning.

This drug education is recommended for use in small group settings such as individual teams or other factions in athletics. Ideal facilitators include (but not limited to) team captains, athletic trainers, athlete life skills/development staff.
